How it works
From first conversation to a running assistant.
No project marathon: a few weeks usually lie between the first conversation and going live.
01
First conversation
We listen: how does the phone work in your business today, what gets lost, what eats the most time? Afterwards you know whether the assistant fits your business – and we know what it needs to do. Twenty minutes, no obligation, no jargon.
02
Setup
We set up your assistant: the knowledge about your business – services, opening hours, procedures –, the voice of your choice and the rules for when it decides itself and when it transfers. On request we connect your calendar so appointments are booked directly.
03
Test phase
Before any customer talks to the assistant, you test it yourself: you call, ask the questions of your daily work and tell us what is not right yet. We sharpen it until the answers sit. It only goes live once you approve.
04
Go-live & care
Your existing number is forwarded or you receive a new one – nothing changes in how you appear to the outside. From now on you receive the report after every conversation. Changes to knowledge or procedures are handled by your fixed contact, continuously and without fuss.
Technology
For everyone who wants the details.
What happens technically during a call?
The call reaches our system through a professional telephony connection. Speech is recognised in real time, the assistant forms its answer and speaks it with the voice you chose – the conversation flows without noticeable pauses. Everything is orchestrated by our system on servers in Germany.
Where does the data live?
Conversation reports and your assistant's knowledge live on our servers in Germany. Language-model providers are connected for speech understanding; which ones and what they receive is fully laid out in our privacy policy. With customers we sign a data processing agreement.
How does the handover to a person work?
You define where calls are transferred – individuals, departments, your mobile. If the caller asks for a person or the assistant senses it should get personal, it announces the handover and puts the call through. Whoever picks up knows immediately what it is about.
What is in the conversation report?
A summary in two or three sentences, the request, the caller's contact details, the transcript and what the assistant triggered – a booked appointment, for instance. The report arrives by e-mail right after hang-up.
